I welcome comments and concerns from parents and community members.  With my own three children either just graduated or still in our public schools, I know how good our schools can be.  However, our schools cannot be as great as they should be without everyone concerned having their views expressed and heard.  That does not mean I will agree with everyone’s point of view but I do promise that those views will be weighed and considered as decisions are made.

We should have high expectations of our children.  We should also have high expectations of our board, staff and community.  I thank Lawrence for giving me the opportunity to play a small role in helping our kids prepare for a changing world.
